Painted Rainbows has been in business since 1995.

I am a sole Proprietor that has provided services to political campaigns, government and private sector customers.

My goal is to bring high quality service and products to my customers.
 
I love what I do and it shows in the quatlity of work provided to my customers.

In 2009 I have re-branded my business and political services as Pam Smith Consulting.  Same excellent service and products under a new name.

Retail services will continue to be under the Painted Rainbows banner.
